Although I have almost 20 years of music experience, my life as a professional DJ started in 2017. After an experience I had touring a venue to prepare for an upcoming wedding, I felt there was an opportunity to help my couples by not just being a DJ, but so much more. It was that spring that the concept of The Music Coordinator was born.
I’m a premier wedding and special event entertainer based in Austin, TX. I’ve continued to grow in my passion for making couples’ weddings as spectacular as they can be – complete with top-of-the-line service and support, an immense music catalog spanning multiple genres, and a vision that will make your special day unique!

The most popular package is the Platinum Event Package (up to 6 hours) starting at $1350.
Pricing would fall into the Gold Event Package category. A five-hour event would fall into the Platinum Event Package category. A seven-hour event would fall into the Diamond Event Package category.
You can contact us an unlimited amount of times during business hours.
Our music style is flexible, yet tailored to your specific wants and needs.
We perform anywhere across the U.S. Travel packages are also available for events outside of the Austin metro area.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another event within a year of the original date.
After booking, a worksheet is sent out which outlines key points of your event. A final timeline is usually sent 2 weeks before the event. If you have a separate planner or coordinator, we can work from their timeline as well.
Song lists are typically finalized 2 weeks before the event.
We happily take song requests. If you have a do-not-play list, that can be accommodated as well.
Additional equipment can be added to any of our packages as needed. Travel packages are also available for events outside of the Austin metro area.
We happily offer recommendations for other vendors as needed.
Although this has never happened, we are part of an extensive network of DJs that can serve as a backup for your special day.
